1. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once the furniture has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations are not permitted. If you refuse delivery of a dispatched item, a round-trip shipping fee and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

2. 7-Day Replacement & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day window for replacements or returns starting from the date of delivery. This applies to the following scenarios:

  • Transit Damage: If the furniture arrives with scratches, dents, or structural damage.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the wood quality, joints, or polishing.

  • Wrong Item: If the dimensions, color, or design do not match your order.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please ensure:

  • The furniture is kept in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, hardware kits, and assembly manuals are preserved.

  • The product has not been further assembled or disassembled by the customer (unless instructed by our team).

4. Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

Note: Because furniture is high-value and fragile, we require an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. This helps us verify transit damage and fast-track your 7-day replacement.

5. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once the item is picked up and reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Approval: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be initiated.

  • Timeline: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Furniture: Any piece made-to-order or customized in size/fabric/finish specifically for you cannot be returned or cancelled.

  • Standard Wear & Tear: Natural characteristics of wood (like grain patterns or knots) are not considered defects.
